These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Matthias Schipprack in the areas of website creation, funnel development and copywriting.
The specific scope of services results from the respective offer. Only the agreed services will be provided.
The client must provide all required content (texts, images, links) in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing input are not the responsibility of the contractor.
All prices are one-time fees unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due before the project begins or according to individual arrangements.
No liability is assumed for economic success, rankings, revenue or conversion results. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
Until full payment is received, all created content remains the property of the contractor. After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right of use.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
